Fact: All the surveys and polls of employee satisfaction show that a majority of people are not happy in their jobs, and hate getting up Monday morning (and most other days) and going to their workplace. All you have to do is get on the internet and google “employee satisfaction” to become convinced that something is just not quite right.
Together we can change this!
My Focus: To be an “artist” for change in the workplace. To help people do what they love, love what they do, and to love the unique person that they are.
